   Joe is highly respected as an appraiser in the Metro Atlanta Area and has worked with residential and commercial accounts since 1971. His main focus is commercial and acquisition and development appraisals.
  Three years as staff appraiser for the Georgia State Department of Audits.
  Three years as Chief Appraiser, Douglas County Board of Assessors.
  Current owner of Atlanta West Appraisal Service.

  Currently a residential appraiser, formally a real estate agent..
  Three years as a licensed real estate agent.
  
   Lois has been with Atlanta West Appraisal Service since she was licensed in 2005. She has earned the reputation of being an accurate and concise appraiser. Her work ethics have led to extensive review and investigative appraisal work. Lois currently carries E & O Insurance.
